Steps to check the MP ration card list
- Open the official Ration Mitra district-wise RC summary, or reach it from nfsa.gov.in/state/MP.
- The page shows a summary of ration cards and beneficiaries, usually starting with a row for each district.
- Click your district's name or figure to go down a level, if the page allows it. Summary reports often go district, then block or urban body, then shop.
- Look for your fair price shop (FPS) or your area. Where member-level lists are available, look for your head of family's name.
- If the page only shows totals and you cannot see names, use the patrata parchi page with your Samagra Family ID instead. See our khadyan parchi guide.
- If the site is slow, try later in the day or on another browser. The labels may change, so look for words like "District", "RC Summary" or "जिला".

The same March 2026 report said 17.95 lakh names were removed in MP in 2025, while a separate Rajya Sabha reply reported by ETV Bharat put MP's 2025 card deletions at 2.60 lakh. One figure counts people and the other cards, so they are not directly comparable.
Why the list is linked to Samagra
MP's ration beneficiary data is keyed to the Samagra Family ID and each member's Samagra ID. A secondary source says the family ID has 8 digits and the member ID 9 digits. When a new applicant is verified, the department checks Aadhaar, bank account, Samagra ID and mobile, as reported by ETV Bharat in February 2026. So, if your Samagra record is wrong, your ration record may also be wrong. Fix Samagra details first through the Gram Panchayat or ward office.
If your name is not in the list
- Check the category: only AAY and priority households under listed categories are covered. See MP eligibility categories.
- Check e-KYC: names of deceased, migrated or duplicate beneficiaries are marked for removal on the M Ration Mitra portal, as reported by Amar Ujala. Members who skipped e-KYC also risk losing ration. See MP e-KYC.
- Apply: submit the official form for a patrata parchi to the Gram Panchayat or urban body ward office. See MP ration card apply.
- Complain: call 181 (CM Helpline) or 1967. See helpline numbers.
Gram sabha reading of eligible lists
According to the MP Food Department's two-year report card, as reported by AajTak in December 2025, the lists of eligible families are read out at gram sabhas on 26 January and 2 October. This is a good chance in villages to check names in public and raise objections. Ask your Gram Panchayat secretary for the date and place.

Be careful with "list" websites
Many unofficial sites publish copied lists or ask you to type your Samagra ID or Aadhaar to "check your name". Use only rationmitra.nic.in or other official pages listed on nfsa.gov.in. Never share an OTP, and do not pay anyone to "add your name to the list". Inclusion is decided by the department after verification, not by agents.

What is the BPL suchi in MP?
BPL suchi means the below poverty line list. Under MP's food security system, BPL families (AAY and BPL) were included from the start in 2013 along with other priority categories. Common reasons reported in news include death, permanent migration, duplicate entries and incomplete e-KYC. Removals are marked on the M Ration Mitra portal, as reported by Amar Ujala. If you think your removal is wrong, ask at your Gram Panchayat or ward office and register a complaint on the CM Helpline 181.
Can I check the MP ration list by Samagra ID?
MP's ration records are linked to the Samagra Family ID. A secondary source says the patrata parchi search on Ration Mitra uses the 8-digit Samagra Family ID with month and year. Type it only on the official rationmitra.nic.in page, never on unofficial list websites that ask for your ID.
Is there a separate MP ration card list for each village?
The official summary is organised by district, and summary reports usually let you drill down further. We could not confirm the exact levels on the live page. In villages, eligible lists are also read out at gram sabhas on 26 January and 2 October, as reported by AajTak. Ask your Gram Panchayat secretary.
