Many AePDS portals have an "RC Details" report that shows a ration card's members and monthly transactions. Here is how it usually works, what is confirmed for MP, and safer alternatives.

"RC Details" (राशन कार्ड विवरण) is the name of a report found on many state AePDS (Aadhaar enabled Public Distribution System) portals. On these sites you type a ration card (RC) number and see who is on the card and what ration was lifted. People search for it as "AePDS beneficiary details" or "AePDS RC details".
AePDS MP Guide is an independent information site. We are not an AePDS portal and we do not have any search box for card numbers. Never type your RC number, Aadhaar or OTP on a site that is not a government site. Below we explain how the official search usually works, and we say clearly where we could not confirm details.

What the RC Details search usually shows
On AePDS-model portals, an RC Details result usually covers:
- the ration card number and the fair price shop (FPS) it is attached to,
- the members (units) on the card,
- the scheme or category, such as AAY or priority household,
- transactions for the chosen month: what was lifted and on which date.
The exact columns differ by state and can change. Treat this list as a general description, not a promise of what you will see. If the result shows a member missing, or a month where ration was lifted that you did not receive, note the details and complain (see below).
RC Details in Madhya Pradesh: what is confirmed
A secondary website that documents AePDS portals lists an RC Details report in the AePDS MP menu, asking for month, year and RC number. The MP portal itself, epos.mp.gov.in, is official and listed on nfsa.gov.in. However, the exact address of the RC Details page on that portal is not confirmed, so we do not link to a specific page.
In MP, family data is keyed to the Samagra Family ID, and the eligibility slip (patrata parchi) is linked to it. For card details in MP, the central portal nfsa.gov.in points to the Ration Mitra district-wise summary rather than to an RC search. See our MP ration card list and khadyan parchi guides.
Steps to try an RC Details search on AePDS MP
These steps describe the usual pattern. Menu names may be different when you visit.
- Open epos.mp.gov.in. Check the address bar shows mp.gov.in.
- Look for a menu such as "Reports" and an item named "RC Details" or similar.
- Choose the month and year you want to check.
- Type the RC number exactly as printed on your slip or card.
- Submit and read the members and transactions shown.
- If you cannot find the option, use the Ration Mitra pages, or ask your ration dealer to show your details on the ePoS machine. You can also ask at the Janpad or urban body food office.

RC Details in other states
Several states run AePDS sites with the same page structure (Bihar, Delhi, Assam, Punjab, Haryana and Tripura share the .jsp report pattern). The inputs for RC Details are confirmed by a secondary source only for MP and Andhra Pradesh. For other states, they are not confirmed. The table shows the ration card detail portals that nfsa.gov.in lists for a few states.

If the details are wrong
The RC Details report only shows records. It cannot correct them. Member changes in MP are handled through Samagra and the Gram Panchayat or ward office (a secondary source says approval is by the Gram Panchayat Secretary or Ward In-charge; confirm locally). Privacy and scam warning
Your RC number, Samagra ID and Aadhaar are personal. Use them only on official .gov.in or .nic.in portals. Many lookalike "AePDS" websites exist. This site has no search box and never collects any number. Nobody from the department needs your OTP to "verify RC details" over a phone call. If someone asks, hang up.

For Andhra Pradesh, a secondary source says the aepos RC Details search accepts either Aadhaar or the rice card number. For Madhya Pradesh, the described input is the RC number with month and year. For other states the inputs are not confirmed. Only type your Aadhaar on an official government site, never on a lookalike page.
Where do I find my RC number in MP?
Your RC number is printed on the patrata parchi (eligibility slip) or older ration card. Your ration dealer can also find it from the ePoS machine after Aadhaar authentication. In MP, family records are linked to the Samagra Family ID, so keep that number safe as well. Never share these numbers with unknown callers or websites.
The RC Details report shows ration I did not receive. What should I do?
Write down the month, the shop number and what the report shows. Then complain to the CM Helpline on 181, which nfsa.gov.in lists as MP's PDS grievance channel, or call the food helpline 1967. You can also use the MP food department's toll-free number 1800-3456-194 listed on scm.mp.gov.in.
Does aepdsmp.net show RC details?
No. aepdsmp.net is an independent guide and has no search tool. We do not collect ration card numbers, Samagra IDs, Aadhaar numbers or OTPs. To see your details, use the official portals: epos.mp.gov.in, rationmitra.nic.in, or the Mera Ration app published by the National Informatics Centre.
